Wind Haven Farm Full Time Team Member
We will be hiring one person for this position for the 2022 season.

Please keep in mind that we have now moved to King William County near Central Garage.
This is about 40-45 minutes from most areas in Richmond.

Full time team members work Monday-Thursday and typically work 36-38 hours a week.  The typical season for our full time team members can run from early January- early March as part time 2-3 days a week then to full time in March through the second week of December.  Full time employees are off for the holidays until the first week of January.  Additional hours can be added during the busy season if an employee would like more hours.  Potential for farm sitting on weekends also available periodically.

Full time team members also perform all the same tasks as the part time description, with the difference that they should be prepared to take on more responsibility and leadership as they are present for the farms' entire work week operations compared to part time team members.

We prefer that applicants for the full time team member position have some farming experience, although if you have a resume that shows us a skill set we find valuable for our team we do not absolutely require experience as long as you arrive with a can do positive attitude ready to learn.
