We have had a hard time finding a platform that will allow us to do a “Payment Upon Delivery”. We like to have flexibility to change orders on the fly so our customers can buy extras or sub flowers when necessary. The solution we have come up with is to offer a 100% off discount code: WINDHAVEN Here is how to place your Standard Order this year:
When you have your cart loaded and are going through the online store check out, make sure to type in the coupon code “WINDHAVEN”.
Then when it asks you for your credit card info, there is another link you can use to enter the same coupon code again, “WINDHAVEN”, and it will not require you to actually enter your credit card. If you forget to enter the code, your card will be charged and we will immediately refund it as a mistake in ordering.
For some reason, the online platform will only allow you to choose “pick up", but we will assume it is a delivery unless you write that you want to pick up at the farm in the notes and what time you would prefer to pick up.
Your cart should reflect a zero balance when you are through and submit your order.
You will be emailed a confirmation of your Standard Order showing a zero balance.
Payments will be due upon delivery via Cash, Check, or the Venmo App. (or perhaps credit card this season with an additional fee)
