Here at Wind Haven Farm, we are focused on producing the most lush, delicate, textural, and unique seasonal blooms for our brides. Our farm has about two acres bursting with flowers to allow us to create one of a kind arrangements inspired by the seasons. We specialize in brides who are interested in buying local sustainably grown blooms arranged in the Garden or Wildflower styles.
The Wind Haven A La Carte Wedding option is ideal for brides who are interested in transparent pricing, personal flowers, centerpieces, focal arrangements, and boutonnieres. This may not be a good option for brides who want specific flowers, more complex arrangements (i.e arbors, garlands), delivery, or set up and take down services. Due to the nature of flower farming, we can not guarantee specific flowers, but we can guarantee gorgeous fresh blooms for your wedding day.
We have simplified this process as much as possible, knowing that weddings can be stressful, to make it easy for you to customize what arrangements fit best with your style and budget.
We create arrangements using the best of what we have growing at the farm the week of your wedding.
Orders are available for pick up at preset times at the Wind Haven Farm Studio. Delivery and set up services are not available.
How Wind Haven A La Carte Works:
Fill out the information form provided below and send it to us to get the process underway.
We will check the dates to make sure we are available, and that we are a good fit for your wedding needs. If we feel your florals requires more intricacy than we can offer, we will recommend a local florist that offers full service weddings.
If we are the best fit for your wedding, we will email you an estimate with our contract.
After approving the estimate, send a non-refundable 50% deposit, and a signed copy of our contract to reserve your wedding date. The deposit will be applied toward the total balance.
We will reconnect with you via email three weeks before your wedding date to make sure we are on the same page for your wedding plan. Additions, substitutions, and minor changes can be made at this time.
The final payment is due 14 days prior to your event. We only accept cash and checks payable to Wind Haven Farm.
We will have your order ready and packaged for travel at our Wind Haven Farm studio on the date and time noted on your final order.
